WE BEGIN! RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS #1
After seeing a post on another blog about doing Random Acts of Kindness (RAOK) as a birthday present to yourself, I started exploring the idea. I took the plunge today! My goal is to complete 46 acts by my 46th birthday on March 17. I have compiled a list of about 60 different ideas, and we'll see which ones pan out so check back here frequently to see which ones I'm doing. I'm starting off in a big way. Welcome my new little girl, Justine Dobe Sokegbe from Togo, West Africa! Justine is 4 years old and I am now her sponsor through Compassion International! Compassion International is a wonderful organization that links up disadvantaged children from all over the world with sponsors. I can't imagine what it must be like living in poverty, we Americans are so blessed.
